* 1 ciabatta , halved lengthways
* 6 tbsp tomatoes and basil sauce, good quality from a jar
* 125g mozzarella , torn
* 50g chorizo , roughly chopped (you need the cooked kind)
* 1 tsp dried oregano
* olive oil

Cook 4 mins
1. Heat the grill. Put the ciabatta on a baking tray and spread with the tomato and basil sauce. Scatter with the mozzarella, chorizo and oregano and drizzle with oil.
2. Grill for 3-4 minutes or until browned and bubbling.
