1 pkg. (20 oz.) refrigerated sliceable sugar cookies
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Cream Cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 tub (6 oz.) COOL WHIP DIPS Strawberry Crème, thawed
2 cups strawberries, sliced
- PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Press dough firmly onto bottom of greased 12-inch pizza pan. Bake 20 min. or until golden brown. Cool in pan on wire rack.
- BEAT cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with wire whisk or electric mixer until well blended. Stir in COOL WHIP DIPS.
- SPREAD cream cheese mixture onto crust; top with strawberries. Serve immediately. Or, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
Sweets can be part of a balanced diet but remember to keep tabs on portions.
Alternate Baking Pan
Preheat oven to 350°F. Divide dough in half; place each half on greased baking sheet. Press each into 8-inch circle. Bake 15 min. or until golden brown. Continue as directed.
